黑森林蛋糕🍰教學 ～ 母親節可以試吓親手整俾媽咪哦～ 蛋和糖混合，坐於熱水上（暖至37~40度），用高速攪打至濃稠 加入篩過的麵粉，朱古力粉攪拌均勻 加入暖牛油 倒入蛋糕模，25分鐘@160-170c 切開三份，掃糖水，加忌廉 (可以加香草和巧克力粉，酒浸櫻桃，再加忌廉，放第二塊蛋糕片，重複 用忌廉抹平蛋糕面，在加朱古力做裝飾 Mix eggs with sugar Add flour，cocoa powder ，then add melted butter Pour it into mold and bake it for 25 mins @ 160-170c Slice cake into 3 pieces, apply syrup on the cake. Add cream （Vanilla pod & chocolate powder), cherries. Repeat for the rest of cake pieces Apply cream on the outer side of the cake. Decorate the cake #blackforestcake #黑森林蛋糕 #預祝母親節快樂
